Let's consider two types of people alright? One of them is beneficial to humanity and society, the other is harmful, not only to himself but also to those around him. Are these two people equal? or not? they are not equal at all right?

I Think it's still not. But the law and many people, thinking these two people are equal. Because nobody can push these people to make something good. This is the problem here.
So, are there people who do not share their equality in any way, even though they harm us? The answer is yes! So who are these people? They are empty-headed, uneducated people. The most basic characteristic of empty-headed, undeducated people is that they think they know everything. and this feature can harm not only people like themselves but also can harm useful people. Yet no one can blame these people. Because these people are empty-headed and uneducated doesn't make them bad people right? I think that's exactly what makes them such a harmful person.
And because of it i do not think that consciously educated people are equal to such empty-headed and uneducated people. I am not sure if I am reflecting my thoughts correctly because my English is not good enough but I hope you understand. Waiting for your comments...
